The people who come here are often carrying something heavy. Some are hurting, and some have been helped and want to give thanks. Please treat this place, and each other, with care.

Share your own experience, in your own words. Use just your first name or initials if you would like more privacy. Pray for one another, and be kind.

Please do not post anything made up or copied from somewhere else, or anyone's full name, phone number, address or other private details. Do not promote products, websites, fundraisers or causes, and do not post anything hateful, cruel, crude or meant to start an argument.

Every story and prayer request is read by a person before it appears. We may gently edit a post to protect someone's privacy, and we may decline posts that don't fit the spirit of this place.

We cannot offer emergency help. If you or someone you love is in danger, call or text 988, or your local emergency number.
